The Tallinn TV Tower is the highest building in Estonia and a tourist attraction with the highest open balcony (at 175 m) in northern Europe.

On the 2nd and 3rd of March, the lighting of the TW tower exceptionally switched to red and blink in support of the EU-China Light Bridge initiative for two whole days and nights.
